Great little car to get around town!

Host had no communication on where the keys would be located, then I was unable to use vehicle due to it not turning on. I had to call the host outside

Unfortunately, this review does not accurately reflect what occurred. The guest booked around 4 AM and reported that the vehicle would not start. I immediately came outside and started the vehicle in front of the guest without any issue. The guest then stated he no longer wanted the vehicle and left. Since the vehicle was never used, I agreed to the refund and provided Turo with surveillance footage documenting the situation. I always strive to be fair and transparent with every guest.
