Really reliable

Car was fine getting around town. Car does have 100k+ miles but I did not have any mechanical issues. Host was responsive. Pick up and drop off process was smooth.

The car itself was exactly what we needed. It’s a bit older so connecting your phone to the speakers is a bit challenging (there’s a Bluetooth FM transmitter we didn’t try, we ended up being successful plugging our phone in directly, you may need a dongle). There is no GPS and no place to hold your phone in sight for a map, I personally think looking up and down from a phone in your lap can be a safety concern driving especially in a foreign place. Car was clean and had no issues operating!
Gavin was about 20 minutes late to dropping off the car at the designated location for us to pick it up and did not provide communication on that until after we reached out to ask what was going on. He was apologetic and helpful. We did have some issues trying to ask Gavin questions the day before returning and did not get a response. There was another car parked in the designated parking spot we were told to drop off the car, thankfully Gavin responded right away with instructions so that it didn’t interrupt us too badly as we were trying to get to our Uber to the airport.
Overall a positive experience with a few hiccups worth noting but nothing too major!
