Great little car to get around in!

Some exterior wear and tear for sure., but she drives great, AC blows cold, And we drove the island for almost five days didn’t go thru more than half a tank. Host was communicative. Overall very happy and would rent again. Great little ride for getting around..

I highly recommend this vehicle if you’re looking for a basic, dependable, no-frills car with good gas mileage. It’s fairly priced for its age and type. The car uses a manual key—no remote buttons to lock/unlock doors with the key. The A/C works like a charm (just give it a few minutes to get going on hot days), and the car drives straight with no steering or maintenance issues. car was easy to find and pick up. It’s a little older car, but it was fine for our needs. The car smelled wonderful. And Dominic was very easy to get a hold of so that we could extend our trip a couple of days.

Very responsive host, easy pick up and drop off. A/C works great. I did notice that the car pulled a little as other reviews have stated, but most island cars that are more than a few years old have their share of wobbles. Oahu roads and climate are brutal on suspension, steering, and undercarriage. I have definitely rented sketchier cars and paid more for the privilege. This little Hyundai did a fine job of getting me all over the island for a week and the small size meant it was easy to navigate the narrow streets and tight parking spaces. Mahalo!
