Vehicle was perfect for my family while we stayed in Homer on the spit. Great running around car. Just be aware if using GPS it may give you directions to the house across the street which has a similar car. When I picked up the vehicle it was raining so finding the correct address was a bit tricky.

Thank you Dan from Turo, you saved us when there were no cars available to rent in AK for our fishing trip. Booking was easy. Dan had the car waiting for us at the airport and all we had to do is take it back when we were done, message Dan and snap a few pictures for the app. The car was nice and clean. Dan checked in with us to make sure everything was going ok with the car. Price was reasonable when everyone else was charging an arm and a leg. Will definitely keep you in mind for our next trip. Car was great! Perfect for our family visiting Homer in the winter. Shannon and her husband were wonderful to rent from, offered advice about things to do in Homer with kids, and were generous and helpful. Communication was easy, pick up and drop off was a breeze, and the car was equipped with snow tires and remote ignition, which definitely came in handy on the colder days. Would definitely rent again.

Comfortable, reliable and roomy. Able to carry grandson’s and family pup to where we needed to go. So glad to have had this vehicle available. Shannon communicated well and car was ready when I arrived. Would definitely go this route in the future.

My husband and I rented Shannon’s car for our honeymoon trip to Homer this past week. Shannon was absolutely wonderful. We had a few change of plans with pickup and drop off times throughout our stay and Shannon was very understanding and accommodating. She was friendly and very quick to respond. Great car for our needs while we where in Homer, AK. We drove up and down the spit several times (a day) and occasionally needed room for 5 people. This little SUV did the trick. Pick up & drop off couldn't have been easier, right outside the airport door!

This was my first experience with Turo and it was great. Pick up and drop off was very convenient at the airport. The Enclave was in great condition and we were even greeted with a basket of snacks and a binder of recommendations. We got a flat tire during the trip. Turo send roadside assistance to change it to the spare, and Dan made getting the tire repaired very easy. I dropped the car off at a local tire shop and it was paid for by Dan. When it was ready I picked the car up. Overall this was a great car renting experience.

Being abe to use Shannon’s car while we were in Homer was a huge help. We would not have been able to explore the area and see so much more of the majestic surroundings without it. It made such a difference and had plenty of space to fit all of our things and more! The heated seats and the auxiliary cable were nice features as well. Would definitely recommend.
