location to drop off was a little confusing but i was able to find it after a couple tries, unfortunately the moonroof was cracked so we weren’t able to enjoy the view. zach was a great host and answered promptly when i had questions!

Pick up Location and process could’ve been better explained. Initially gave the wrong location of the car, which was for a different vehicle. Pick up was delayed by 20 minutes. Condition of the car was overall ok.

Zack was very kind and responsive the car was clean we had no problems with it. Totally recommend it.

Zack was the worst host I’ve ever had on Turo Poor communication, and now he’s trying to charge me $180 after the car was towed even though I returned it to the exact spot where I picked it up I followed the return instructions, so I don’t think this charge is fair
