The rating is based on the location of the car as well. The area wasnt the friendliest sitting next to a trash can dumpster in an abandoned car wash. The car was great rode smooth had great ac and was amazing on gas. Just consider parking the car somewhere else anywhere else.

Car drives smooth. overall i had a great experience!! i had an family emergency and he allowed me to rent his vehicle in such short notice. no bad review at all , it was just hard finding the pick up spot
