WARNING! Do NOT rent with these people!
After 2 weeks of having this vehicle, I was so happy to return it. The car itself was on the verge of breaking down. The brakes were broken, the car eats up all of your gas, and the car doesn’t accelerate. Not only was the car terrible for commuting, the owners of this account are extremely rude. They accepted my request to extend my trip. After accepting, they asked me to swap cars. I set a scheduled day and time to do so. After waiting nearly 2 hours for someone to respond, they told us the car they had was not in good shape. They were also PRESENT, when we arrived at the schedule time and refused to talk to us in person. They ignored us and was scrambling to find a working vehicle since the vehicle they offered us wasnt in good condition. They then proceeded to ask us to come back another day via the app. On top of that, they offered us a vehicle without telling us there would be an up charge. I had to call Turo to get an accurate swap. Then to make matters worse, they had an attitude throughout the entire process and did not care about our existing plans. Their mindset was “You wanted a car, you’ll have to wait.” Even though we already scheduled this vehicle for another week. Finally, after returning the car, they are now telling us that we caused the preexisting damage on the vehicle. We uploaded pictures the day of receiving with all damages included. THEY WILL SCAM YOU AND TAKE YOUR MONEY, BEWARE. I will never do business with them again.

We’re sorry you feel this way but several statements in this review or simply not accurate. We were not present at the location during the vehicle swap. The person you interacted with was our mechanic who was only there to assist with the vehicle and had nothing to do with the rental arrangements.
Great Rental… looks just like photos very clean car….drives well, auto locks and windows, cruise control, good brakes. Easy pick up and drop off. Highly recommend and would personally rent from Harleen again
