5 star trip. Vehicle rides very very smooth and the host was able to accommodate me numerous times due to me extending and modifying my trip. Will rent again.

The pickup, location and drop off was great the car was in good condition it was clean, smelled good and no major issues the only thing was the day of picking the car up closer to the evening the key fob kept saying it wasn’t detected once we were in the car but overall everything else was good. Would definitely book again the process was simple and smooth.

Unfortunately, it is out of our control if a part fails or not they’re in a trip. I do apologize for the inconvenience. We work very hard so all of our guests have the best experience possible.
