I had to wait 12 minutes after pickup time due to last minute oil check.
I called ahead of time in order to drive away at exactly 11:00am.
Car had body exterior body damage. However car was tidy, clean with a full tank of gas.
Husband was cordial and welcoming.
Jennifer in turn was extremely hostile simply b/c I locked the key in the car and not leave it in the almost impossible place where the drop box was. No light to indicate where box was.
Had to calm her down and inform her AAA can open the door. She made a mountain out of a molehill. To early in the morning to deal with such rude and negative behavior. Overall, all was good. Everything in the car worked w/no major issues.

The guest disregarded key drop off instructions, locking the key inside the vehicle and causing an avoidable delay. When we communicated the issue, the guest’s texts were unnecessarily negative and escalated tension. While we remained professional in resolving it, the communication style made it harder. Overall, the car was returned clean and in good working order, but future hosts should be mindful of potential communication challenges.
