Everything was great! Easy pick up and return

Everything was great with this car. It was clean and worked efficiently, however there was an issue on the highway when we were supposed to be picking up the car which delayed our pickup time about an hour or two. This was inconvenient for us because we had to wait at the airport for the car which delayed our vacation plans. Other than this, the car and renters were great!

The car was given to us with barely any oil. The first 2 days we noticed a downshift in gears upon acceleration and on the third day the oil light came on. The vehicle was given to us with a known engine recall. This is incredibly frustrating as the car would likely have broken down had we not been diligent and checked the oil. Additionally, the registration was past due 3 days into our trip and when breaking the steering wheel shook.
Interior of the car was clean, responsiveness of host was good.
