Car had physical damage and host was argumentative when I was upset I had to pay $23 for pickup as they dropped off the car 20 hours before my pickup.

Pedram, we are sorry you were dissatisfied by having to pay the garage exit fee and the scrape on the bumper.
As we do with all CVG trips, we disclosed the $5-23 garage fee immediately upon booking, as Turo requires us to do.
While we do make an effort to drop off our cars off as close to the start of trip as possible, our schedule did not permit us to drop it off right before yours. Had we been able to, you still would have paid a minimum of $10 to exit due to your one hour late arrival.
The car is truly incredible and fun to drive. The host is professional and responsive. You will not regret it!
