The Chevy Spark was great on gas and easy to drive, but it needs some attention. The steering wheel shakes, likely due to needing an alignment. The key fob didn’t lock the doors, the air conditioning wasn’t working, and the car had a noticeable odor upon pickup. A thorough cleaning and a few repairs would make this a much better rental experience.
hi Malik, this is disappointing a lot. AC works and all you needed to switch the AC button on manually, it is base model. it is rental and it might have odor from people and sometimes people smoke in it and we do our best to clean it out, people get that when they pick it up from turo rental. i took a test drive and alignment is little off but all these things pissed you off to rate low which is not nice. We appreciate that people come up and talk to us as of you know we do it as a business. BAD
