Forward LLC is run like a well-oiled machine, and they were very quick to respond to my questions and concerns. The 2021 Chevrolet Spark was a solid car and fun to drive. I liked that the pickup location was in Jack London Square (where I needed to be after I dropped off the car anyway), even if it was a little hectic with other motorists driving around.
