I rented this vehicle because it offered unlimited mileage and was available last minute, which I appreciated. However, the condition of the car did not match my expectations based on the listing photos.

The interior roof liner was heavily damaged and appeared torn throughout the vehicle. The rearview mirror was not properly secured and appeared to be attached with a DIY fix, which raised safety concerns while driving.

The air conditioning only seemed to cool effectively while the vehicle was moving. When stopped in traffic or parked, the airflow and cooling performance were noticeably poor, which was uncomfortable in hot weather.

The steering wheel was severely worn and peeling, leaving residue on my hands while driving. The vehicle also did not appear to have been thoroughly cleaned before pickup, as there were crumbs and debris throughout the interior.

The car was provided with a full tank of gas, which I appreciate. However, overall, the vehicle’s condition did not match the photos in the listing, and I would not choose to rent it again. Unless you’re looking for the lowest-cost option and have limited alternatives, I would recommend considering other vehicles.
