Overall, the experience was great! Garri was super responsive to all my inquiries. One thing I wished for was a FasTrak transponder. Since FasTrak charges based on the number of passengers in the car, not having a way to set occupancy made using FasTrak more expensive than expected. If this issue could be addressed, it would make the experience even better!
Sorry the car didn’t have a FasTrak, which was never listed in the description, and that you ended up paying a whole four dollars in tolls.

Overall was pretty good. The price was fine and the car ran pretty well. Gas mileage wasn’t as good as I was expecting, but it did the job. The windshield washer fluid was unfortunately bone dry from the beginning and the CarPlay kept randomly disconnecting and wouldn’t reconnect to our phones, which was very frustrating. We checked the cable and our phones and couldn’t find anything wrong so pretty sure it was just the car.
