The host really nit picked a lot on this trip which really caused me a inconvenience first thing was the gas I filled up the car and it was literally right next to the line so claimed it wasn’t full then comes the host saying that I scratched the car which was a lie it was there prior to pick up it’s a fine scratch that you can’t see until the black car is dirty I really don’t appreciate when hosts tries to play dirty little games
Thank you for your feedback. The vehicle was provided with a full tank, as shown in the pre-trip photos. At return, the fuel level was lower and required a $16 refill. The car was also fully photographed before the trip, and the scratch was not present at that time. It was discovered after the vehicle was returned. If you have evidence otherwise, please provide it. We always aim to be fair and improve our service, while also expecting the rules to be followed by both sides.
