The vehicle itself drove well, and I experienced no mechanical or performance issues throughout the trip. Unfortunately, the overall experience was overshadowed by poor communication, inconsistent information, and concerns regarding the host’s transparency and integrity. Instructions and expectations changed, and the host’s handling of concerns after the trip left much to be desired. While I have no complaints about the vehicle’s performance, the customer service experience was disappointing and raised serious concerns about the host’s professionalism and trustworthiness.
