Car was decent. The customer service was nothing short of horrid. Slow response time, as well as the host being late to provide the vehicle. When I inquired about the tardiness, I was met with an unspeakable attitude. It was a lot to deal with especially after a cross country flight. I often return to hosts as I travel frequently and this is the first time I’d never ever book with someone again. Spend your money with someone kind enough to respect your time as a customer.

We manage multiple vehicles and respond as quickly as possible, though instant replies aren’t always realistic. This is the first time we’ve been criticized for our response time. We often wait 30–60 minutes for late guests without complaint. Unexpected situations happen, and we believe mutual understanding and a little patience go a long way.
Great communication and very clean car ! Runs smoothly so I’ll definitely be renting again.
