Overall, my experience was mixed. Rodrigo was kind and helpful at the beginning, even assisting me in getting to one of my destinations. However, the condition of the vehicle was not as expected. I was told the tires had been refurbished and were ready for use, but one of them went flat without any visible cause like a nail or object, it simply wasn’t in good condition.
This situation significantly disrupted my plans. I had to spend several hours late at night (until after 11 p.m.) dealing with a mechanic and trying to find a solution, especially since I couldn’t reach the host at the time. He later explained he had fallen asleep, which was unfortunate given the circumstances.
Although he initially offered another car, that option didn’t work out, and instead we had to take the vehicle to a mechanic late at night, which was quite tiring, especially since I was traveling with my elderly mother. We didn’t get back to the hotel until around midnight, and I didn’t feel fully confident continuing to use the car the next day.
I appreciate Rodrigo’s initial kindness, but overall the experience was inconvenient and somewhat stressful.
I drove 40 miles on a weekend dropping my things to get to you to provide assistance, I found a shop for you. I provided you a ride to your dinner and was willing to wait until you finished but you dismissed me telling me it was fine to go (the shop owner telling me they were done already and you telling me it was ok to refund after), I refunded you the next day regardless. The shop owner confirmed you damaged the tire by driving it flat without noticing... my phone died, is your 3star waranted?
