I rent fairly regularly and Soliman's is pretty much my go to rental host on here. Always reliable, great cars, this one was no exception.

car was great! reliable, clean, took my family on a trip and it preformed great. cheap on gas $40 for a full tank and drives with style. Host was prompt to any messages and clear about instructions. No complaints :)

Car reeks of cigarette smell. I loathe the smell, so opening the door and getting hit by it was disgusting. Unfortunately that’s a hard smell to get rid of, but I don’t think you should be smoking in a rental car. You eventually get used to it, but smell it again every time you re enter the vehicle. They were also late dropping off the car. Originally asked for 4pm pick up, then communicated it would end up being between 5-5:30, which in my opinion means you need to have it ready by 5 because you don’t want the customer waiting. I got there at 5:15 and looked up and down the aisle where the car said it was located to eventually reach out because I couldn’t find it, just for them to say they hadn’t arrived yet. I found that unprofessional and rude. I would not re book after my experience.
