Very good condition vehicle, very good on gas mileage. Vehicle was delivered on time (early Even) and host was very helpful and understanding with any complications. All around great first experience with the app and trip. Thank you morris!

Richard was, without question, one of the worst renters I have ever dealt with. The vehicle was not returned when it was supposed to be, and after days of repeated attempts to contact him with no response, the situation became serious that Turo’s escalation team had to get involved to recover my vehicle. At that point, it genuinely appeared that Richard had no intention of voluntarily returning the vehicle. When the vehicle was recovered, the conditions were DISGUSTING. Drug paraphernalia/pipes.
