The host was incredibly kind, professional, and helpful. He took the time to explain how the Tesla works, walked us through all of its features, and even showed us things we can take advantage of next time, like using the Tesla app to make the experience even better. He was very patient, informative, and made us feel comfortable every step of the way.
My wife absolutely loved the car, and the whole experience made the trip even more special. We were both so impressed that we're already looking forward to renting it again!
