Code to retrieve key was not provided by time of pickup, luckily co-host (I think) was present to help me. Car then ran low on coolant and flagged an issue and I contacted host for direction for their vehicle. They were not the most helpful the first time around, telling me to continue and see if the issue goes away and was not very courteous in their delivery. The issue persisted and the host did come out to my location to replace coolant and fix the issue, but that delayed my arrival to my destination after a long day of traveling. The car and Turo listing states the car is smoke free, but the car smelled like cigarettes once I received it. The car play kicks out any Bluetooth or cord hooked up audio when you shift gears. The car did the job but this was overall disappointing. Given that the host seemed frustrated by me when they gave me the car with an issue and didn’t think to do anything for the inconvenience, I think 3 stars is unfortunately generous.

we had an oil change and fluid check done at a shop prior to this trip. the shop did not properly tighten the coolant cap causing the initial issue. we went out of our way and traveled to the guest to fix the issue and bypassed telling them to call turo support which would have left the guest without a car. guest did smoke in the car and when asked about it they responded negatively. we found no issues with the blutooth. seems retaliatory since the smoking issue. theres no smoking allowed.
