The trip was amazing until I had to make stop before the airport and ofcourse the car starts to smoke . I pull over as it’s pouring raining and the battery is smoking . It already seemed as if the battery was low the day before drop off. I immediately called the owner and he got me an uber to my next destination. I then needed another uber to the airport. TURO itself like customer service associates are TRASH and disrespectful. I was in jeopardy of looking my flight and no one seemed to care. Luckily after being on the phone with them for two hours they finally booked me an uber to the airport nearly missing my flight . They also made me feel like this was my fault the car started smoking. Mind you the ride to the airport was 90 minutes . The host was understanding for the most part
