Car was good, clean and was a more modern version of a Hyundai. Included CarPlay, steering lane assist and good on gas. The only reason I’m deducting one stars was because the fob was having issues. Sometimes it would unlock easily and other times it was very difficult. The first night I got it I had a rehearsal dinner to get to, so having a reliable car was important, I ended up being late to the rehearsal dinner because I couldn’t unlock the car… to his credit he eventually did respond to my message about the issue a few hours after I messaged him and gave me permission to unlock it manually, I was weary of doing that because I was worried I would damage the car door handle by popping it off to get to the manual key entry. The fob went off and on with working so that was annoying when you needed to get out of the heat and get driving. He was responsive though and did seem to want to make it right.

Didn't think the guest had that bad of an experience when talking to her and educating her about good Turo works. Well the previous guest didn't have that issue and when i checked out the car and tested it multiple times there was no issue with the key fob. I gave her the benefit of the doubt but i guess i can only say it's not being able to use a different car imo. Only communicated when she needed immediate help again this is Turo we aren't available 24/7 no one is.
He just made it so much harder than anyone else dose and I got sick and had to get someone to take it so it was like end of world not onething was wrong with it and keep saying park here no oh no herewith do it with them again

I didn't think there was an issue but I don't understand how hard it is for people to read. The pick up and drop off is at a gas station and she was made aware of the steps in the msgs which she decided not to read. If i see her book again i wouldn't feel comfortable with someone who isnt responsible enough to read to actually follow policy.
The car was very clean, ran so smooth, I had absolutely no issues with the vehicle. I love the special features the car has. The car is in fantastic condition 😊. The host was very informative and stay in contact when needed . Thank you so much, I highly recommend!!!!
