It was great to find a local host so close in the time of needing a vehicle in between my own car repairs. What was a vehicle emergency was relieved with a convenient rental experience, I was able to get back and forth to work with hassle of a traditional rental process. 👍🏽
The piclup was convenient and the trip extensions were super smooth in app, thankful for how smooth our communication was throughout. Much appreciation for everything Sabrina ☺️

Responsive host ,car runs smooth and everything went well, also car was returned on time @6pm not at 6:33 as its staring after I took time to upload pictures of vehicle over all will use vehicle again very soon for a longer period

Thanks for sharing your feedback, Demetrios. We truly appreciate you choosing our vehicle. Pickup instructions are automatically sent 30 mins before the scheduled pickup time, which was 11:30 AM. Since you arrived at the car before 10:30 AM, the instructions had not yet been released. All instructions were sent as soon as you notified us you were there. The license plate issue was due to incorrect information shown by Turo, which was unfortunately outside of our control. Thanks for your patience
