Absolutely outstanding Turo experience!
Jesse was, without a doubt, the best Turo host I have ever worked with. He was incredibly responsive from the very beginning and remained hyper-responsive, professional, and helpful throughout our entire rental.
Unfortunately, we were rear-ended during our trip, which was an incredibly stressful situation. Jesse could have easily made the situation more difficult, but instead, he was calm, understanding, professional, and extremely helpful every step of the way. He communicated quickly, answered every question I had, and genuinely helped us navigate what was already a very stressful circumstance.
The Tesla Model 3 was exactly as described, clean ( not just clean but detailed meticulously like it just came from the dealership brand new clean), well-maintained, smelled great!! ( I ordered the drift car refreshers for my car because I liked them so much) and a pleasure to drive. This guy pays attention to detail! But honestly, what stood out most was Jesse as a host. You can
tell a lot about someone by how they handle things when something goes wrong, and Jesse handled everything exceptionally well.
I have rented through Turo before, but this was hands-down the best Turo experience I’ve ever had. I would absolutely rent from Jesse again and would recommend him to anyone looking for a trustworthy, responsive, and professional host.
