They charged me for 2 days and I did not get 2 days of service so that's why you get the one star
Hey Maximino! I completely sorry if this was an inconvenience for you. Us Turo hosts do not handle the billing and how you are charged. That is handled on Turo’s side and you get a break down before you finalize the purchase. For future reference, Turo charges per 24 hours. Even if you only use a half a day it’s still charged for a full 24 hours. I wish it was brought to my attention so I could’ve explained how it worked before receiving this review. Sorry again for any inconveniences!
