Rides great, good sound system, plenty of space. The infotainment would have a spotty Bluetooth connection sometimes but thats my only complaint .

Rough start. Wrong code. No hints on what to do with the code. No lock box information. Texted, messaged and called 8 times to get owner to answer. Delayed about 45 minutes.
Car was excellent condition and worked perfectly.
Will not use Turo again at DFW, or probably ever. DFW rental cars are right next to Turo lot. I would rather pay more and not have the Turo app and potential hassle of not being able to contact the owner. I'm glad it wasn't pouring down rain!
The guest completely ignored all the car pickup information we sent him, including the lockbox password and everything else. He didn’t read or look at any of it, and just kept complaining impatiently over the phone. He even used this as an excuse to refuse paying the refueling fee upon return. It’s truly disappointing.
