The car works well. I have a phone with an older operating system on which apps, including the Turo app does not work. I asked for information to be sent to my phone as well as to the app so that I could know what to do. Messages were not always included to my cell phone which created some problems for me. My issue is more so with the app than anything. Also, refusing to provide instructions until the last minute is also a problem as one needs to figure out so many other things and deal with an almost dead battery, thus making it difficult to use technology to get the information.
