the car was excellent and the host was just as excellent. very responsive and helpful! the car was clean and drove perfectly. if we ever fly back into grr we will definitely be using this host again!

Pros: amazing rapid communication. Understanding when things came up. Despite the snowstorm, he had most of the snow removed off of the car for me when I arrived!
Cons: there happened to be a snowstorm and there was no Snowbrush, which was a little challenging. I did have the windshield wiper brake due to the ice from the storm so I had to stop and get it replaced. In return he offered to comp my airport parking fee.
