We rented a Tesla 3 from Carlos. Both the car and Carlos were amazing. The car was in pristine condition, very clean and comfortable, and Carlos was kind enough to take almost 45 minutes upon pick up to explain to us how the car works and all the details connected to it, since this was the first time we were driving an electric vehicle. After a week of driving this car, we decided to purchase one of our own, that's how much we enjoyed it and had a hard time parting with it. As for Carlos, his kindness, consideration, and patience went above and beyond. He was very laid-back and easy-going, and was immediately available every time we contacted him with a question. Whenever we want to rent a vehicle again in the future, we will be going straight to Carlos. We were left extremely satisfied with the entire experience!
