The experience with the car itself and the owner was great. No problem at all.
However, I expected I was picking the car up on site at Burbank airport and found out the day my rental started that I had to take an airport shuttle to the economy off-site parking lot and pay $16 to get out of the lot. Wish I had known that beforehand. Otherwise a great first experience woth Turo.

Business could benefit from adding upfront instructions for day of pick up regarding leaving lot and need to pay for parking before leaving lot, as well as clear instructions about protocol for arriving late. They did rectify this by paying us back for the late fees. Also, one of the seatbelts was broken and this was reported without any follow up by business.
