Excellent experience renting this Volkswagen Jetta through Turo. Communication was great from start to finish, and the host was always quick to respond. The pickup and drop-off process was simple and hassle-free. The car was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described.
I even ran into a parking payment issue during the trip, and the host took care of it right away without any problems. That level of customer service was greatly appreciated.
