  You do not need to add a payment method. The Tesla station will bill directly to the host and the guest will be billed at the end of the trip.

• How do I start/drive the car?

  The Tesla is electric and therefore doesn't have a motor that needs to be turned on. To drive, simply place the key card between the cup holders and arm rest. Then pull down on the right stick behind the steering wheel with your foot on the brake. This will put you into drive. To reverse, put you foot on the break and push up on the right stick. To go into to park, push the button at the end of the right stick.
