Shushan provided us great service. The car was in impeccable shape and he answered all our questions from some first Turo timers. Will use him again if my family comes to LA again!

Ride was clean and reliable for my quick weekend trip. Pick up was a little confusing though, had to notify host which “option” for pick up we wanted to choose and when we got there he was not flexible for any changes. Uber late at night ended up being well over $50 even though it was a 10 min ride to the pick up location. Tried to change to the free shuttle option instead, but host said he could not accommodate for the “last minute change”. Directions for pick up made it seem like any option was valid instead of an either or selection. Once you mention which option for the host be ready to commit to that method and only that method. A little disappointing since I had to pay more than what was told to me for the Uber. Host said Uber should be around $15-20, but that was not the case. Despite the confusion, had a nice experience.

The vehicle was very clean. Communication with the host was amazing. He was able to answer my questions with a quick call. He went above and beyond. Definitely recommended to anyone looking for a rental in the LA area.
