Overall happy with the car itself, but had a few issues. First, car was given to us with an almost empty tank of gas. We were able to return car with a similar level of gas, so not the end of the world, but inconvenient to have to locate gas as soon as you pick up a vehicle. Second, we were told the shuttle to parking lot to retrieve car would be about a 5 minute wait and it took about 40 minutes. Lastly, a few hours into our trip, we discovered an AirTag had been moving with us. We were able to locate it inside a bag in the spare tire compartment of the trunk and then disassemble it. Tracking a Turo vehicle with an AirTag is against their policy, so this was reported. Host denied it was his, but this is still a huge safety issue. Just want to give everyone else a heads up! Car did get fantastic gas mileage and the drop off/pickup process were easy to navigate despite initial delay.
Anyone who uses Turo knows that Turo has designated parking locations and does not allow hosts to leave vehicles elsewhere. I chose the most convenient option available, where the shuttle picks you up and takes you directly to the car, so you didn’t have to pay for an Uber or any other transportation.
I was not aware of the AirTag. It was most likely left behind by a previous guest. The vehicle has had many guests over time, so I have no way of knowing who it belongs to.

He wanted the car to be left at Hollywood Burbank Airport, and I left it in the designated area where I’m allowed to leave it. But he expected something different—in short, I left it exactly where it was specified. I also apologized for my mistake. As for him, he is a very good guest, and I’m grateful to him.
