I have done business with turo b4 but this was the worst experience yet...1sr I booked a certain car a month in advance for the host to tell me a day b4 my trip that he car I reserved would not be ready and for me to change my time...VERY unprofessional I then had to reach out to the host Abdul who I never spoke with I spoke with his wife the car they finally rented to me was a 2014 ford focus which was not well maintained and dangerous the car had lights lit up on the dashboard low tire pressure and the steering wheel trembled when the car hit 56 mph.the pickup location was very unsafe at a empty lot at 7 am with looks to be vagrants walking the parking lot I was also given the wrong lockbox number and had to call the host yet again but the host took my money 2 days after my reservation was confirmed. I am truly Disappointed with this whole situation and lack of disregard that this company has shown for me and will not be renting with this company in the future I thought Turo stood behind there name as they DO NOT I usually rented and pucked up the vehicle from someone's home but this is a company that has a fleet of over 22 cars that they rent out...Then I find out after the fact that another $200 hold was placed on my card without my knowledge is unexceptable I have over 300 thousand followers and word of mouth is a very lucrative insite that my followers now no about how you all treat your possible future customers...NOT Recommended for use unless renting a personal vehicle from someone and not people who deceive you with a fleet of unsafe cars....
