As soon as I picked up the vehicle there was a “need oil change immediately” message on the dash board and the lady told me not to pay attention to it. I would have listened to her but the car was also driving abnormally, as if it needed an oil change. When I asked host to produce oil change receipt she could not do so and agreed to swap vehicles. This would have been a pleasant interaction but her 2nd vehicle was also not up to standard and she was not willing to swap again and then lied to reps so that she could keep the money and car on the app. (They removed her other vehicle and she complained about not getting paid) Then the very next day she accuses me of vandalizing not one, but TWO of her vehicles that are being kept in a PUBLIC parking lot. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!! This hosts is a scammer and a liar!!!!!!!!
