This host is incredibly quick to respond and handles any vehicle issues immediately. I had an unexpected incident where the exhaust pipe came loose, and they came out at 11 PM to check on the car, then had it fully repaired by 9 AM the very next morning. As a foreigner, I was really panicked when it happened, but thanks to this host, I was able to safely complete my month-long trip. The car itself—the Ioniq—is also fantastic. It gets excellent gas mileage and provides a very quiet ride. I highly recommend both the host and the car
