THE WORST!!! I’ve used other platforms and I never had so many issues with hosts as I had with this one. They are clearly trying to make money from issues they created in the first place. They gave me a car with tire issues and then when I needed road assistance, they tried to put the fault on us so they wouldn’t take responsibility for the fee. They gave us a car with gas half full and told us it could be returned at same level then tried to charge us for the gas when we did. Everything has been disputed, but it’s a waste of my time. Don’t trust anything this host says on the phone e and have everything documented if you have to do business with him, which I STRONGLY don’t recommend.
