Super easy! Owner is very responsive too. Pick up, was super smooth as well as drop off. Van is very nice and clean. We were able to fit our family easily. They hybrid is ideal for gas efficiency. If you're going to rent a van, and drive a bit its your best option. Van doesn't feel heavy at all, was easy for me to drive. Would definitely rent again, great experience.

This 2026 Toyota Sienna is hands down one of the cleanest, smoothest, and most comfortable vehicles I’ve ever rented on Turo. The car feels brand new, spotless inside and out, and drives incredibly smooth and quiet thanks to the hybrid system. Perfect for families, road trips, airport runs, and long drives — tons of space, very comfortable seats, and amazing fuel efficiency. Everything worked flawlessly and the ride quality was top-tier. The host clearly takes great care of the vehicle and it shows. Pickup and return were super easy, communication was clear, and the whole process felt professional and stress-free. If you’re looking for a reliable, luxurious, and spacious minivan, don’t even think twice — this Sienna is a no-brainer. I would 100% rent this again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Chan is amazing and super responsive. Highly recommend. I was super pleased to find that there is a multi-port charger already in the car with type c and lightning and USB-C inputs and outputs AND standard USB port as well as a really great hands-free stand for the phone. I took this on a quick business trip and My peak of gas mileage was 52 MPG. Can't beat that! I will definitely rent again

I had an amazing experience renting this Toyota Highlander on Turo. The car was extremely clean, comfortable, and perfect for my trip.
