Rented this brand-new 2026 Toyota Sienna for a week and drove it to San Francisco. The van was spotless, extremely comfortable, and performed perfectly the whole trip. Plenty of space and great fuel efficiency. The host was excellent — super fast responses and very helpful. Pickup and drop-off were easy. Would definitely rent again

Super easy! Owner is very responsive too. Pick up, was super smooth as well as drop off. Van is very nice and clean. We were able to fit our family easily. They hybrid is ideal for gas efficiency. If you're going to rent a van, and drive a bit its your best option. Van doesn't feel heavy at all, was easy for me to drive. Would definitely rent again, great experience.

Mansoom is a friendly host I have ever dealt with. I am satisfied with everything about the services. The car was clean and fully functional with fully loaded including apple car play which was very helpful during my driving. I was astonished with the host’s friendships when finding 4 bottles of free water and a cookie bar as a welcome gift. I was even given extra time without charge when returning the car. OMG! You won’t believe my first Turo experience, because to me it was more than just a car rental! I visited Los Angeles for a business trip this past week, and I wanted to rent something sporty to make the experience a little more exciting. I decided on the Cruze’s 2020 Toyota Supra, and let me tell you…. it was an absolute dream! From the moment I picked it up, I was blown away. The car looked stunning, sounded incredible, and handled beautifully to me. Like any ones used car you expect some imperfections, but none of that was significant enough for me to mention, you know the typical Turo things you see that didn’t bother me because this was my first time driving a supra and I was pretty excited. But anyway, here’s how things took a wild turn doing my rental… As I was driving through downtown LA, turning heads everywhere, I pulled into a parking garage for my meeting. Out of nowhere, a film crew approached me and said, “Hey, your car looks amazing! Would you mind if we included it in our commercial?” At first, I thought, This is LA 😑😑😑🙄 this has to be a scam, but something told me to go with it. Next thing I know, I’m on a rooftop with the beautiful backdrop of downtown, LA watching a professional film crew shoot a real commercial with the very car I had rented on Turo! It was surreal. My business partners and I sat back for the entire day and watched as they carefully filmed, making sure to respect the car’s details and avoiding anything personal like for instance, the license plate. It was a minor background role, but still…. 😀 what an experience! And the craziest part? The guy from the production even paid me more than I pay for the Turo rental completely insane. Anyway, I would highly recommend renting from the Cruze’s. Beyond this once-in-a-lifetime moment, the Cruze’s made the rental experience seamless. They were incredibly accommodating, allowing me to pick up the car early in the morning, and no matter what time I had a question, whether late at night or early in the morning, they were responsive and attentive. Even though I am a Turo host, This was my very first Turo rental, and I couldn’t have asked for a better introduction. I genuinely appreciate the Cruze’s for trusting me with their beautiful Supra, and because of this experience, I’m now seriously considering buying one for myself. If you’re thinking about renting from them, do it. You won’t regret it!…. And if you don’t believe me, just read the other great reviews they received 👍👍👍.

I had an amazing experience renting this Toyota Highlander on Turo. The car was extremely clean, comfortable, and perfect for my trip. It drives smoothly, has plenty of space, and feels very safe on the road. The third row was a huge plus, and all the features — AC, Bluetooth, and tech — worked perfectly. The best part was the host. He was very friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with. He made the whole rental process simple and stress-free. You can tell he takes great care of the car and his guests.
