Thus was my first use of TURO. Trip was fine after getting vehicle. The night before didn’t go so well. I booked the car and went to pickup location on my motorcycle and while looking for car noticed a message on Tito that the provider couldn’t make it. I don’t get text messages while driving so it was a waste of my time. If car isn’t ready it shouldn’t be on TURO for booking.

The car quality was and is always great. The location was easy and convenient. The host is excellent all the way around.

It was an older car. It has a few issues but it worked. Host was very nice and I greatly appreciated him allowing me to extend my trip twice so I could get what I needed to finish.
