This was a fantastic rental experience! The car was incredibly smooth to drive and very fuel-efficient, which was a huge plus. I loved the convenience of picking it up at the commuter lot—it was easy to find and allowed me to leave my own vehicle there. As a single mom, being able to leave my car in a safe, secure area gave me real peace of mind. The host was wonderful, providing clear communication on how to locate and access the vehicle. He was super friendly and nice, and I will definitely be renting from him again!

Everything went well. Only suggestion I would have is when you park it in a commuter lot give a description of what part of the lot the car is.

Concerning your feedback, we appreciate it but just want to remind you that a picture of where the vehicle is parked is provided with every single trip. That way the guest knows exactly where the vehicle is parked each and every time. I’d also like to bring up that our vehicles are always parked in the first few spots which makes them difficult to miss. Thank you for your rental.

Car was excellent it did need a new battery and died twice, however other than that it was perfect.

Thank you very much and we’re glad you enjoyed your trip. We checked the vehicle battery and it turns out the negative battery terminal was a little loose. We tightened it and now it’s all set. Thank you once again and we hope to see you soon for any future trips.
