Car reeked of cigarette smoke, power usb outlets did not work which made my long journey impossible to maintain phone battery for GPS and safety. Car violently shook when lightly pressing breaks on highway. Bad vibe from host, had her young child clean the car which I found unprofessional and also explains the car not being properly cleaned or checked for quality assurance. The back-up camera was very dirty and foggy, which led to me backing the car too far and bumping a wall (I can take ownership of the damage, but bears mentioning). Also, host sent very specific return instructions too late for me to plan accordingly, while I was already on my way to return it. If you are using for a quick local use and you're in a pinch, sure. Don't recommend for longer journeys, and based on my overall experience with Turo I highly recommend going with a more reputable company.
