Hello, thank you for your notification. It is natural to encounter spiders in the car; furthermore, the vehicle was cleaned before being handed over to you, and this is documented by photos taken prior to the trip.
The Location and pickup was very convenient for me . It was a nicely kept vehicle . I only had one tiny issue and it was with the parking situation at the airport , I was understanding that I had to pay $15 and as soon as I exited, the $15 would be reimbursed . So the messaged did come through that the refund was being issued for the $15 it unfortunately when I got to the cashier , I had to pay $40 for parking . I was taken a back by that but the owner told me they dropped the car off over night which I thought was unfair to me because I didn’t utilize the car the day before so why am I paying for overnight parking . Other than that , it was a good rental easy on gas and a comfortable ride . Also , it’s not pictured in the photos for your viewing pleasure but the key box is glued to the back outside window of the car which is not esthetically pleasing to the eye . Everyone I encountered kept asking what is that? It takes away from the look and style of the car .
