Car issue

The car was horrible. Had issues once I picked it up. First the car had dings and scratches everywhere second the car smelled like cigarettes. Third the car was jerking and felt like a misfire. Brakes on the car wasn’t the best. There were times where I had to hard brake just in order for the car to stop on time. This car needs work done to it. Did not feel safe on drive to San Antonio and back
