Easy pickup, host was very responsive and helpful. Had a minor issue on my last day but nothing that was super crazy. When first picked up the car it did smell a little bit like smoke but nothing that would stop me from enjoying my trip. The car drives smooth and offered a simple luxury feel. I would definitely say book! Overall, easy and contactless pickup/drop off and host was very communicative.
