The car was very clean and tidy, the location was convenient and easy to get to and the host was well accommodating.

Pick up process was not so smooth. I could not locate the car for pickup. I contacted the host but her response was not fast.l enough. I had to wait 10 - 15 minutes for Host assistant to come outside to show me where the car was parked. However, the car drove smooth but there was a smoke smell in the car.

I was in contact with you throughout the entire pickup process and responded to your messages. I also sent you a video clearly showing where the vehicle was located. When you were still unable to find it, I personally came outside to show you where the car was parked. I also believe this review may be related to the fuel reimbursement charged because the vehicle was not returned with a full tank. For these reasons, I don’t feel this review accurately reflects what happened during the trip.
