Car was nice, not that good on gas but clean. Kept saying service was needed 2000 miles ago. Also no pickup instructions or even a message at all from the host.
Hi Angel, sorry for the inconvenience. I was out of town when you booked but made sure the car was clean and ready. I was about to message you when I saw you already picked it up, thank you. The oil change is scheduled for April 7; I’ve been trying since last month but no earlier openings. Sorry again, it won’t happen again.

I have never been in a Hyundai and I am in love with it. The best Host ever. He communicated very well with me anything I needed he was there. Everyone needs to rent with Samner because when you rent you want a nice car but also it’s more important to have an amazing host and that is him. Everyone needs to rent with him. I definitely will again.
