Disappointed this time. I had to get a different vehicle again than I chose for the second time which is fine but I would think I would get an EV or Hybrid vehicle as a replacement, since I chose a hybrid vehicle originally. The major problem was the smell of vape/cigar/cigarette in the car. The car wasn't clean when I got it. I just wish I would have got a replacement offered, something instead of this car when I told the host these problems.
I would rent from them again, my first time was great.
For the host-
It really needs brakes or rotors, new wipers, and has a front light out.

Please feel free to call me before you rent next time and I’ll make sure that you get the car that you desire. We didn’t want to switch you into this vehicle it was just an issue from the Previous guest Did not return the Volt that you requested So we unfortunately, had to put you in the only available car that had just got turned in.

Car reeked of cigarettes it had issues where the trunk would automatically pop open during driving also the seat panel broken. And was over priced for the vehicle to be in bad shape.
