If I could give zero I would. Horrendous experience. Car was full of smoke marijuna trash dirty. Locks didn’t work. Ac was off and one tire had nail in it I had to pat to get out. Power steering froze up and I had to fix. Horrible horrible. This guy was a shame to your product

Disappointed this time. I had to get a different vehicle again than I chose for the second time which is fine but I would think I would get an EV or Hybrid vehicle as a replacement, since I chose a hybrid vehicle originally. The major problem was the smell of vape/cigar/cigarette in the car. The car wasn't clean when I got it. I just wish I would have got a replacement offered, something instead of this car when I told the host these problems.
I would rent from them again, my first time was great.
For the host-
It really needs brakes or rotors, new wipers, and has a front light out.

We didn’t want to switch you into this vehicle it was just an issue from the Previous guest Did not return the Volt that you requested So we unfortunately, had to put you in the only available car that had just got turned in.
Thoroughly enjoyed my rental. Very gas efficient!!
